The concept of ARTZ Pedregal is based on the creation of a large public park of 5,000 m2 shaped like a horseshoe, created as a center-piece space with abundant vegetation, organic walks, squares and water mirrors that achieve a sense of isolation and tranquility in the open air. This project is within a completely urban landscape, on 50,000m2 of terrain adjacent to very important road axes, looking for direct contact with nature allowing the sun, wind and rain to fall without any obstacle into the central park.
