The development was built on the 44,000 m2 plot occupied by a supermarket. The project responds to market needs, but also establishes a balance to obtain the benefits of a master plan with common areas for the coexistence of different sectors of the population. In this way a true urban center and an architectural landmark is achieved, not an isolated project within the city.
