Art is one of life’s pleasures and there are just a few things that can top a weekend dedicated to it. The opportunity of a cultural tour, the discovery of new talent, and the delight of the dialogue are some examples of what Mexico City expects to offer from September 5th through the 8th.
Gallery Weekend is back. The main galleries in the country will gather in the capital city to present the work by their artists and invite collectors and enthusiasts on the matter to delight with the different proposals.
A total of 40 galleries and over 90 artists feature in the exhibition offer, discussions, and topics that exist in the artistic scene. The more than 43 exhibitions for this edition, conformed by national and international artists will show the work galleries do, when it comes to production, curatorship, and diffusion of contemporary art. One of the highlights of this edition is the interactive map, directly connected to Google Maps, which will allow attendees to choose the best way to reach each gallery in real time.
